The City Council’s vision of Exeter as a global leader in addressing the challenges of urbanisation included supporting healthy lifestyles.
On this project the Council wanted to promote active transport by prioritising people over cars while at the same time improving the look of the neighbourhood.
A strong green colour was chosen with high reflectivity to clearly mark this change of driving environment both during the day and at night.
TexturePrint delivered a safe and durable solution and, at the same time, removed the potential trip hazard of broken paving and associated maintenance costs.
